Economic Class PR Fee Increase
As of this date, Economic Class processing fees for Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Skilled Trades, Canadian Experience Class, and Provincial Nominee applications will increase by $275. This means that the processing fee will now be $825 and the total fee to become a permanent resident of Canada for one person via the Economic Class will be $1325.
Dependent Spouse and Child Fee Increase
Application processing fees for an accompanying spouse will increase at the same rate as for the Principal Applicant – an additional $275 for a total of $1325.
The application processing fee for dependent children included in an Economic Class application will increase by $75 to $225.

Right of Permanent Residence Fee Increase
The Right of Permanent Residence Fee is also increasing, which will affect ALL Canadian PR applications including family sponsorships. The Right of PR fee will be $500, up only $10 from the previous fee of $490.
These fee changes effect ALL applications currently in process – if your PR visa has not yet been issued, then you will have to pay the difference in fees as applies to your application.
