Officer’s Notes Only
If you would like to receive the detailed notes for your immigration application only, without any further explanation of the notes, choose this option. If your Canadian immigration application has been refused by IRCC or is still in process, you can submit an Access to Information request to see the immigration officer’s notes on the file. The officer’s notes will give detailed reasons for refusal of the application if it has been denied. If the application is taking too long or is still in process, the officer’s notes will tell you what has happened on the file so far.

Officer’s Notes + Consultation
If you would like to receive the detailed notes for your immigration application, and to have them explained to you by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, choose this option. When the officer’s notes are issued, they are generally dozens of pages long with multiple acronyms and codes. The important information regarding a refusal can be hard to find or difficult to understand. If you choose this option, our consultant will explain the meaning of the officer’s notes to you, and how you can make changes to a new application to increase your chances of approval next time.
