Who doesn’t need a provincial attestation letter?
- pupils in elementary and high schools (up to grade 12)
- exchange students studying abroad;
- holders of work permits and study permits in Canada (including those who are requesting for an extension of their permits)
- in-Canada family members of study permit or work permit holders
- students whose applications were received by 8:30 a.m. ET on January 22, 2024
